Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of office assets, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage allocation, maintenance, disposal, and scrapping while providing operational support to internal teams.
  • Payment & Procurement Support: Create purchase orders, verify goods and services received, and coordinate timely processing of supplier payments to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Visitor Experience & Event Support: Provide professional front-of-house coverage and support company events across departments, contributing to a welcoming and well-organised workplace environment.
  • Storage & Inventory Management: Maintain organised storage areas, monitor stock levels, and ensure office supplies are tracked and replenished systematically.
  • Team Reporting & Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare quarterly operational reports for the Line Manager, contributing to informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
