Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze regional talent market data through open channels to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating talent heat maps and workforce segmentation models for key roles.
- Pay attention to the talent flow in the industry and prepare the talent flow dynamic report.
- Support recruitment channel optimization through data-driven analysis.
- Keep an eye on potential candidates, keep pace with the hiring team, and update reports.
- Organize or support campus recruitment activities.
- Enablement and answer questions arising from the recruitment process.
