Main Responsibilities
- Develops global IPR and anti-monopoly policies and legal environments
- Participates in and supports IPR and anti-monopoly affairs such as standards, open source, and ecosystem
- Supports and assists in IPR litigation, licensing, and anti-monopoly affairs in Europe
- Participates in IPR licensing and patent operations
Requirements
- Language requirements:EnglishEducational background requirements:Bachelor degree or aboveSkill requirements:1. Have rich experience and practice in global IPR and anti-monopoly policies and laws.2. Have and be able to maintain a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and have strong communication and connection capabilities.Knowledge requirements:1. Be familiar with and be able to comprehensively master and apply intellectual property rights and anti-monopoly laws;2. Have knowledge about necessary patents, open source, and ecosystem.3. Be familiar with global IPR-related business knowledge.
