We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Candidates should be able to understand business needs and procurement solutions, standardize and rationally optimize procurement requirements, and input them into the IT system to generate orders, and ensure the information is accurate and efficient.

Candidates must be skilled with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of business, assist business to complete procurement requirements, and should be a connection bridge between business and Procurement Team.

Please note that this is a contract position with an initial fixed-term contract of six months. There is the possibility of an extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand business needs, communicate promptly with the business team, and understand the value and impact of these needs;
  • Be familiar with the E2E procurement process, deeply integrate with the CEG team, and understand the background, advantages, and disadvantages of procurement solutions;
  • Based on an understanding of business needs and procurement solutions, standardize and rationally optimize procurement requirements, and input them into the IT system to generate orders (PR/SPR/PO);
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of each order, track historical issues, and promote closed-loop management to avoid economic losses to the company;
  • Based on statistical analysis of historical PR/SPR data, identify improvement opportunities, formulate measures, optimize processes, and continuously promote efficiency;
  • Learn and try AI automation tools, and actively implement them in practical work.

Person Specification:

Required:

  • At least Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 3-years purchasing experience in Telecom/IC companies with over 50 staff.
  • Familiar with office software and Information Management System.
  • Good capability levels in analysis and interpretation of data, being able to draw qualitative conclusions.
  • Strong communication skills to clarify the demand from Business department and explain the procurement process with timelines.
