We are looking for an experienced multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a consistent upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management to the company by handling a variety of office management and event organization requirements. The candidates should be professional, attentive with a good understanding of processes and an attention to detail. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly and be responsible for the result.

The successful candidate must be a team player comfortable with computers, including computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as confident in both written and verbal communication. In short, the role would best suit a result-oriented, experienced, resourceful all-rounder. However, most importantly, she/he should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of office assets, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage allocation, maintenance, disposal, and scrapping while providing operational support to internal teams.
  • Payment & Procurement Support: Create purchase orders, verify goods and services received, and coordinate timely processing of supplier payments to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Visitor Experience & Event Support: Provide professional front‑of‑house coverage and support company events across departments, contributing to a welcoming and well‑organised workplace environment.
  • Storage & Inventory Management: Maintain organised storage areas, monitor stock levels, and ensure office supplies are tracked and replenished systematically.
  • Team Reporting & Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare quarterly operational reports for the Line Manager, contributing to informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
