Who we are: HU-X is a startup whose purpose is to improve the "human experience" at work while helping organizations reach their strategic goals. Our team includes 70 coaches, consultants, facilitators, and behavioural economists (all former leaders in corporate, academia, and consulting). Our services provide solutions on three levels (from "ego-system" to "eco-system"):
- Executive/Leadership and team Coaching
- Leadership and Management Development
- Systemic Culture Design (purpose, structure, rewards/recognition, DIB, belonging, values, leadership competencies, etc.)

Key responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate leadership development workshops, both in-person and virtually
- Conduct one-on-one executive coaching sessions
- Develop custom learning materials and resources
- Assess leadership competencies and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with the hu-x team to ensure program alignment with client objectives
- Stay current with the latest leadership development trends and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior-level audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design creative and impactful learning experiences
Required experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development or related fields
- Relevant certifications in coaching or leadership development (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
Bonus:
- Advanced degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Having held leadership roles in tech, pharmaceutical, or finance companies
Location: Remote, occasional onsite with clients, and various workshop / offsite locations across Europe.
