We’re currently seeking a General Manager – Health & Safety and Compliance to join our team in Edgware (HA8). This is a key leadership position, overseeing all aspects of health & safety, safeguarding, licensing, and fire safety across the site.
Salary: £50,000 basic + £10,000 performance-based bonus (OTE £60,000)
Hours: 46 hours per week (30 fixed + 16 flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong H&S, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks
- Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and training
- Ensure safe delivery of all site activities and events
- Liaise with emergency services and local authorities
- Chair regular safety meetings and manage incident reporting
Ideal Candidate:
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in a similar compliance role, preferably within a sports or events venue, who holds relevant H&S qualifications and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
