Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy practice in Oldham in their search for a full-time permanent Personal Tax Senior to join their friendly well-established team of accountancy professionals.
Responsibilities of the Tax Senior Job:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of tax clients, ensuring all deadlines are met in line with the firm\’s standards for client service delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular contact and identifying opportunities to enhance the services we provide.
- Liaising with other departments within the firm, taking a proactive approach to gathering the necessary data.
- Listening to clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions, getting it right the first time.
- Identifying potential planning opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Reviewing work in progress, debtors, and fee budgets on a monthly basis, reporting to the manager.
- Supporting and reviewing junior team members as required.
- Contributing as a team player, acting ethically and professionally while fostering a friendly and positive working environment.
Requirements of the Tax Senior Job:
- ATT qualified or have the relevant experience
- Will need ideally at least 3+ yearsβ experience within a UK accountancy firm.
- Friendly disposition and a team player
- Effective communicator, comfortable communicating with clients and peers at all levels
