Role Description
The Marketing and Sales Support Executive will play a key role in developing and communicating the HTSL Group story. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to plan and deliver marketing activities that strengthen the company’s brand and support commercial objectives. It involves producing professional marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, managing communications, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer engagement and market visibility across all HTSL Group businesses.
While the primary focus will be marketing, the role will also provide occasional cover for internal sales activities (e.g. handling customer enquiries and supporting order processing) when the internal sales representative is unavailable. This cross-functional exposure will allow the postholder to develop a deeper understanding of the company’s products, customers, and commercial processes, further enhancing marketing effectiveness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with company goals and growth priorities.
- Create and edit engaging content, including short videos, photos, graphics, and written materials for use across digital channels and printed media.
- Manage the company website, social media accounts, newsletters to maintain an active and consistent brand presence.
- Work closely with the sales team to design targeted campaigns for key markets, including healthcare, nuclear, defence, and industrial sectors.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to promote the company brand.
- Produce professional marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and case studies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications activities, adjusting tactics based on results and feedback.
- Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives to keep employees informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain the company’s brand image, ensuring all marketing and communication outputs follow brand standards and tone.
- Liaise with external designers, videographers, and agencies when needed to deliver high-quality marketing and communications assets.

Internal Sales Support (Occasional Cover)
- Provide cover for the internal sales representative during periods of absence.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Liaise with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer requests are managed effectively.
- Support order entry, and coordination between departments as required.
- Gain hands on product and customer knowledge to enhance marketing content and campaign relevance.
