  • Work closely with the sales team to design targeted campaigns for key markets, including healthcare, nuclear, defence, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify, plan, and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to promote the company brand.
  • Produce professional marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications activities, adjusting tactics based on results and feedback.
  • Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives to keep employees informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain the company’s brand image, ensuring all marketing and communication outputs follow brand standards and tone.
  • Liaise with external designers, videographers, and agencies when needed to deliver high-quality marketing and communications assets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing tools to support continuous improvement.

  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer requests are managed effectively.
  • Support order entry, and coordination between departments as required.
  • Gain hands on product and customer knowledge to enhance marketing content and campaign relevance.

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation, ideally within a technical, engineering, or scientific environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
