A great opportunity has arisen at Thai by Ja and Charter Guest House, for an Apprentice in Hospitality. Depending on your level of experience, this will be either a level 2 or level 3. Thai by Ja restaurant and boutique guest house in the heart of Newport, Isle of Wight is seeking a motivated and hands-on Apprentice to learn and contribute across all areas of the business. This is not a standard role - it is a rotational apprenticeship programme designed to develop a well-rounded operator capable of understanding and eventually managing the full day-to-day running of the business.
You will gain real-world experience in hospitality, administration, customer service, marketing, and operations, working closely with the owners. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a small business truly runs, is practical, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in. Someone that takes pride in high standards and guest experience and is looking for long-term growth, not just a job. Age is no barrier - the right person is the RIGHT person no matter age, sex, orientation or religion.

Apprenticeship Qualification
