Eleven is a welcoming Community Café run by Citizens Advice Isle of Wight. Eleven is looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to work in the café. The successful applicant will be undertaking the Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship with HTP Apprenticeship College.

The role involves making and serving drinks of all varieties, barista training, table service and low-level food preparation and service. This role would suit someone who is leaving school and looking to start a career in hospitality.

Candidates will have ideally achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grades A-C (9-4) or functional skills level 2 in both subjects or may have to work towards this to complete the apprenticeship.

The hours are 30 per week, to include protected learning time for the apprenticeship. The café opens Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. The working hours for the successful candidate are likely to be 9.30am to 2.30pm across 6 days, but could be subject to change based on service needs.

The Wage is the apprenticeship wage to start, which is £8.00 per hour.
