Island Riding Centre and Holiday Complex are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join the team in their busy office. The successful candidate will be working full time with Island Riding Centre, whilst also working towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with HTP Apprenticeship College. Hours to be confirmed.
You will be trained in the following:
- Taking bookings for lessons
- Taking payments
- Supporting clients with the online booking system
- Administrating the holiday clubs
- General office duties
- Taking holiday bookings - using a booking system
- Liaising with holiday guests
- Booking car ferry travel
Attributes:
- Friendly attitude
- Reasonable maths, English and IT skills
- Willingness to help in other areas of the business when necessary

You will study towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship including Maths and English at Level 2 if necessary. PLEASE NOTE: This is being offered as an apprenticeship, due to this please only apply if you have either none or very little administration experience.
