The successful apprentice will learn to provide:

  • Administrative Support: Assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Financial Administration: Learning financial processes such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service to visitors, addressing enquiries and assisting with admissions and memberships. Supporting with school visits. Following Charity policies and regulations.
