Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) role based in Greater London.
The Sales Advisor will welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, provide product information, and deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience in both Mandarin and English.
Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on fit and styling, handling sales transactions, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining store presentation and stock standards.
The role also involves supporting visual merchandising, contributing to sales targets, and sharing brand and product knowledge with the team to enhance overall service levels.
