Aufgaben
- Schweißen von Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium im WIG-, MAG- und MIG-Verfahren
- Durchführung allgemeiner Metallbauarbeiten (Zuschnitt, Abkanten, Schleifen, Richten, Nachbearbeitung, Montage)
- Herstellung, Anpassung und Montage von Baugruppen und Komponenten
- Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Fertigung und Bearbeitung von Prototypen, Klein- und Serienbauteilen für industrielle Anwendungen
- Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle der Schweißnähte und Bauteile
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer, Schlosser oder vergleichbare Qualifikation oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in Schweißen von Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium im WIG-, MAG- und MIG-Verfahren
- Erfahrung in der industriellen Fertigung und Bearbeitung von Metallbauteilen und Baugruppen
- Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Gültige Schweißerprüfungen von Vorteil
