We are looking for a high-impact Finance & Operations Leader to serve as the strategic "co-pilot" to our Sales organization. This is a builder’s role: you will create the operational infrastructure and streamlined processes that allow our sales team to move fast, land big deals, and expand across local and regional borders. Your focus is on efficiency, scalability, and execution—not P&L ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Commercial Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Sales Leader to design pricing frameworks, contract templates, and commercial terms that accelerate deal closure. Optimize sales incentive structures and commission plans to drive growth in new regional markets. Standardize the "Quote-to-Cash" cycle to ensure sales reps spend more time selling and less time on administrative hurdles.
- Process Improvement via Digitalization: Implement and optimize CRM and ERP integrations to automate lead tracking, contract management, and order processing. Build automated, real-time dashboards that provide a single source of truth for sales performance, pipeline health, and regional expansion metrics. Digitalize post-sales support through automated ticketing systems and self-service portals to improve response times in new territories.
- Logistics & Shipping Optimization: Streamline the supply chain by implementing digital freight management and warehouse tracking systems to provide end-to-end visibility. Automate shipping documentation (customs paperwork, bills of lading, and compliance forms) to minimize delays in cross-border trade. Select and manage regional 3PL partners to ensure a consistent, cost-effective logistics network as the business expands.
- Regional Expansion & Infrastructure: Design the operational "playbook" for entering new countries, including local entity setup, banking arrangements, and regulatory compliance. Manage cross-border tax and trade requirements to ensure smooth operational flow between regional hubs.
What You Bring
The Experience: 10+ years in a dual Finance and Operations role, with a proven track record of supporting sales growth and regional expansion.
The Mindset: You are a process engineer at heart. You enjoy finding bottlenecks and using technology to remove them.
The Technical Edge: High proficiency in modern business tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and a history of leading successful digitalization projects.
