HTL is one of the world’s leading sofa manufacturers and leather tanners with a global presence known for innovation, quality and strong partnership. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to grow our most important national accounts in the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue assigned to national accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers
- Lead sales presentations, manage negotiations, pricing strategies and promotional planning
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment to customer needs
- Monitor market trends, market intelligence, competitive activity and customer feedback to guide strategy
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting and analysis
- Represent the company at key industry trade shows and events
Required Skills:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the home furnishings industry, preferably in upholstery
- Proven success managing national or key accounts at a senior level
- Strong strategic acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to work independently
- Intensive domestic and international travelling
- Comfortable in a high impact individual contributor role with leadership visibility, working with cross-functional teams based in Asia and Europe
