We are now recruiting for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Designer specialising in menswear graphics for our design team based in London. This role will work alongside the Senior Designer and account manager.

About the Role
The Designer is a varied role and will support in all areas, across menswear jersey design, and assisting our fantastic in-house design team. This role will also help in preparing and contributing to customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges with a focus on print and graphic design. Experience of shape design is a great bonus but not essential. The business is fast-paced, and we require the candidate to be reactive, agile, resilient, and well-organised. Experience of working for a supplier and with High Street fashion retailers is desired.
Job Description
We are looking for a Designer who is:
- Experienced in high street fashion design across menswear
- Commercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers’ direction and critical path within sometimes tight deadlines.
- An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- Have experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D design skills are beneficial
- Ability to design shape and graphics – with a graphics focus
- To have garment technical knowledge, and ability to generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retail
