The Head of Operations is a key senior leadership role at the heart of HTL Church. As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of how the church runs day-to-day – ensuring that our people, systems, buildings, and processes operate smoothly, sustainably, and with excellence as we pursue our mission and vision.
