Due to our continued international growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available as a Sales Co-ordinator, with a specific focus on supporting our Eastern European Sales Team and customer base. Fluency in Polish is therefore a pre-requisite for the role. The purpose of the Sales Co-ordinator is to provide a full and professional support service to the Sales managers, HTI customers and to the general public. This role is office-based with working hours Mon – Thurs 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 5pm.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Downloading, processing and maintaining sales orders for all HTI customers.
  • Producing product range quotations, ensuring all data is provided to customers.
  • Completing customer product forms with all the data required.
  • Answering customer and internal calls.
  • Maintaining an effective filing system in both emails and paper system.
  • Managing stock to fulfil customer forecasts and orders.
  • Providing documentation for products and orders.
  • Creating and maintaining data in spreadsheets.
  • Arranging and tracking samples as requested by customers and sales managers.
  • Processing and tracking design requests.
  • Maintaining customer sales figures within Excel using the relevant portals and systems needed to obtain the relevant information.
  • Processing and tracking direct customer orders.
  • Attending meetings with customers in the UK showroom and at customer sites.
  • Maintaining the UK sales order book.
  • Updating manuals for internal systems and customer systems.
  • Providing support to the Sales office manager and to other sales team members when required.
  • Working with all departments within HTI to ensure a high-level service is provided to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency (both oral and written) in Polish is a pre-requisite for the role.
  • Experience of working in a busy business support environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive working alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to have a flexible approach to delivering the results required by the business.
  • Efficient and reliable.
