Registered Manager / Experienced Deputy– Elderly Care Home | Birmingham Location: Birmingham Salary: £60,000 per annum Start Date: Immediate Qualification: NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established elderly care home in Birmingham. We are looking for a strong and experienced care professional who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, lead the team effectively and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support. About the Home The home provides care and support for elderly residents within a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the service, ensuring regulatory compliance and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. About You We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager who has: * Previous management experience within an elderly residential or nursing care home * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance * Experience leading, managing and developing care teams * A Level 4/5 qualification in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent * Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and quality assurance * Excellent leadership and communication skills * A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents Key Responsibilities * Overall management of the care home and day-to-day operations * Ensuring the home remains compliant with CQC regulations and legislation * Leading, supporting and developing the care team * Maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding * Managing care plans, audits and quality assurance processes * Working closely with families, professionals and external agencies * Supporting recruitment, induction and staff development * Managing budgets and resources effectively * Driving continuous improvement across the service Salary & Benefits * £60,000 per annum * Immediate start available * Established care home * Supportive management structure * Opportunity to make a real impact within the service * Ongoing professional development If you are an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity within elderly care in Birmingham, we'd love to hear from you.
