Sous chef required for a fresh food kitchen between York and Thirsk, this is all fresh food and a good standard of dishes. Salary: £34-38k + tips, parking on site. This role has two fixed days off a week plus Sunday evenings off.

The role:

  • As a Sous Chef, you will support the head chef in the running of this busy kitchen, which does around 350 covers a week.
  • You will manage pass when head chef is absent.
