Chef de Partie required for a fresh food kitchen between York and Thirsk. This is all fresh food and a good standard of dishes. The role offers £30-34k + tips, with parking on site.

This role will be training someone to become a future sous chef. If you are a chef de partie and want to be a sous chef in the near future, this role is perfect for you. You get two fixed days off each week plus a Sunday evening.

The role: As a Chef de Partie, you will run a section in the kitchen as part of a small team. They serve local and seasonal meats. You will prep the fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard Chef de Partie duties.
