They have one gap and would consider candidates from a commis chef up to chef de partie level. They are flexible about the role, as it is about the attitude to learn and develop that is most important; they are happy for chefs at any level from commis up to chef de partie. There is a mixture of shifts, including some days being prep days. Own transport is required.

The role involves:
