Chef De Rang (section Waiter) required for fine dining restaurant in the Lake District. The restaurant serves fantastic fresh food, showcasing the best that Cumbria can offer produce-wise. The Section Waiter / Chef De Rang role is £31k + tips (around £300 a month) and live-in accommodation is available.

The role involves being responsible for the smooth running of your section, ensuring all tables are set up for service to a high standard and ready to welcome guests. This role will include all the standard Chef De Rang / section Waiter duties.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate with fine dining knowledge on the food side and experience at either a chef de rang, section waiter or fine dining waiter level. You will be passionate about food and the delivery of fine dining.

* Please note that a chef de rang is NOT a cooking role; it is the French term used in Fine Dining Restaurants for a section waiter. This is a front of house, waiter role.
