The role
As an Assistant restaurant manager, you will support the management team with the day-to-day running of the restaurant. This can either be on the sommelier side or on the food service side, this is a rosette-awarded kitchen. You will be very hands on and all about delivering great service. This role will include all the standard Assistant Restaurant manager duties.
Expeirence
we are looking for candidates from a fine dining background within 2 or 3 rosette background, with either a fine dining food service or a wine service background. you will be great with customers.
