Chef de partie required for a kitchen within driving distance of Huddersfield & Wakefield. They have parking on site and it is mainly daytime hours. They stop serving food at 3pm, apart from in the spring and summer when they do themed events on a Friday & Saturday night about once a month. The rest of the year you get all your evenings off.
Approx £29-33k a year, 40-45hr week (hourly rate is £13-14.50 per hour).
The role: This is a small team within this cafe. You will work with the head chef and sous chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. With it being a cafe, you will work around areas of the kitchen and be multi-skilled. You will prep the fridges and cook breakfast and lunches. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
Experience: We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background. You will be able to cook breakfasts, brunch, and lunches. You will have good knife skills and be able to cook a range of meals.
