Sous chef required in Falmouth for a restaurant that is cooking fantastic fish and you be working under a very talented head chef. The produce is fantastic, it is a really high standard of fish they use and you will be supporting the head chef in the smooth running.
The role
As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, you will prep the kitchen section, cook in service. This sous chef role will include all the normal sous chef duties
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, able to prep with fish and other ingredients. You will have good fillet skills.
