chef de partie required for a fresh food restaurant, this company has a few establishments which are all fresh food and gives you great opportunity to learn. chef de partie , £29-31k + 3k tips/service ( upto 34k package).
This role will be on a main section and you will help to train the commis chefs and prep chefs.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, this will be one of the main sections (protein section - fish or meats), you will prep your section and cook to a good standard, you will teach the prep chefs how the prep is done within your section and you will cook in service.
This role includes all the standard chef de partie duties of a fast paced kitchen.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with knowledge of protein sections, these will change around so some fish knowledge will be required including creating fish specials and fillet whole fish.
You will have good prep skills, knife skills, cooking skills, fillet skills and butchery skills.
