Head chef required for a Gastro pub in the Newmarket area. This is a fresh food pub, with locally sourced produce. This is a team of 3 in the kitchen, therefore it is a hands-on role. As a head chef, you will manage the team. All the chefs only do straight shifts and they finish at 6pm on a Sunday.

The role involves being responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen. You will do prep, cook in service, and coordinate the pass. This role includes all the standard head chef duties.

Experience: We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background. You will have good knife skills and a passion for a gastro pub style menu. The pub also does themed menu nights from time to time, so you will need to be able to create these.
