Pastry chef de partie required for a busy kitchen in Bury St Edmunds area, salary depending on experience £32,500 + tips around £2,500 (35k package). This kitchen is busy all day, they cook everything fresh and have a great standard. They make all the pastry in-house including afternoon teas and also make some bread as well.

The role of the pastry chef de partie will run the pastry section in the kitchen under the head pastry chef, baking at a great standard. You will do the prep for the pastry section for service for the restaurant and the afternoon teas come from the pastry section as well. This role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties.

Experience: We are looking for a pastry chef de partie with a fresh food background, great baking skills and able to work in a busy kitchen.
