Senior Sous Chef required for a concept offering Pintxos dishes and produce from the Basque Country. This is a new opening, which will be launching later in 2025 in London. We are looking for a Sous Chef who will be creating the menu with the group Executive Chef / Development Chef. You will create amazing dishes and produce, using authentic ingredients and bringing the Basque Country to London. Salary: £45-50k + tips/service.
This role is exciting as it involves being part of this brand new concept from the initial stages through to the opening stage.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pintxos section.
- Oversee a small team of Chef de Parties to ensure the Basque Country comes to life in London with a great range of Pintxos dishes.
- Ensure all section prep is completed and ready for service in an open kitchen environment.
- Perform all standard Senior Sous Chef duties.
Experience:
- Food understanding of Spanish produce, ideally Pintxos and Basque Country dishes.
- Ability to run a small team and help develop the menu and dishes.
Location: London, within walking distance of Sloane Square underground.
