Senior Sous chef required for a concept, this role is working under the head chef who covers the Breakfast offering & the prep kitchen. This is a new opening, which will be opening later in 2025 in London. We are looking for Sous chef who will work on the breakfast offering within this concept, which is using fresh meat from the butchers counter within the unit. You will also work in the prep kitchen for the concept, which creates food items for take home to cook items and also prep for the other parts of the unit. You will also work on the production side as well within the production kitchen. This role will include all the standard senior sous chef duties. Experience We are looking for a Senior sous chef with a food understanding of breakfast and brunch items, fresh food, plated breakfast and also able to work in a production kitchen.
