Sous chef – 4 day week, required for a fresh food kitchen, using a brilliant range of ingredients and flavours, they will teach you about the type of dishes they serve and this type of food is really on-trend at the moment. Sous chef basic £37k + around £2k tips (39k package) The role As a sous chef you will run the kitchen with the head chef you will ensure everything runs smoothly when the head chef is off. You will teach chefs how to cook the dishes, ensure they are full of flavour. The dishes are very \”on trend\” at the moment, so you will learn and teach others about the produce and the flavours.
