Sous chef, £37-42k, , gastro pub in the Porthleven area of Cornwall, they are looking to really develop the kitchen further and push the food forward, its a team of 3-4 in the kitchen.
The role As a Sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef, you will be hands on and run a section and ensure everything ready for service and cook in service.
This sous chef role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
