Senior sous chef required for a Hotel and Restaurant in the Lake District, £38k basic + tips/service of around £2k a year (40k package). This is a fresh food kitchen, they have a small kitchen garden on site for some of the produce and the other produce comes from the local farms and suppliers. Live-in available (£79 per week).
