Chef de Partie is required for a fresh food kitchen in the Carnforth area, with a salary depending on experience of £28-32k package. This kitchen cooks everything fresh and has a great standard.

The role: The chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food to a great standard. You will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service, and cook in service. You will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience: We are looking for a chef de partie (main kitchen) with a fresh food background, great knife skills, and the ability to work in a busy kitchen.
