The role
As a General Manager you will run the day-to-day operation of this new pub opening, you will be part of the opening team and push the standard forward; the food will be of a rosette level. You will train and develop the team, ensure everything runs smoothly, the opening goes smooth, the GP budgets are met, the rotas are done. This General Manager role will include all the standard GM duties.

Experience
We are looking for a General Manager from a fresh food operation; you will be able to run a pub on a day-to-day basis. This role will be perfect for a F&B Manager or a Deputy General Manager looking to step into a 1st General Manager position.
