The role: As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, ensuring everything in the kitchen runs smoothly in your section from prep your fridge for service and cook in service. This chef de partie role within the Hotel includes all the standard chef de partie duties and will cover both Restaurant and functions.
Experience: We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background and ideally some hotel experience. You will have good food hygiene skills and good knife skills, and you will be a chef de partie or a demi chef de partie ready to step up to a chef de partie.
