Head chef required for an establishment in North Norfolk, on the coast. The live in is within walking distance of both the kitchen and the beach as well.

This is a fresh food busy operation, of a 1 rosette level.

The role

As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure it runs smoothly and ready for service on time. You will ensure the team of chefs are cooking at a 1 rosette level. This role includes all the normal head chef duties.
