- POSITION 2: Senior Sous Chef - Newcastle. This is for a rosette level kitchen, brilliant food dishes and standards. Senior sous chef will run the kitchen with the head chef. Salary: £39-41k package.
- POSITION 3: Sous chef - South Shields. Calling all sous chefs who live around the coast area, this is a fresh food kitchen, good range of dishes. Salary: £35-37k.
