This is a 4 star Hotel with a Restaurant, 45hr week, £42-45k + service. This is a fresh food Hotel, with a good level of food. This Hotel is in a good location but own transport is helpful due to the location.
The role is based within the Hotel's Restaurant. As a Head Chef, you will run the Restaurant kitchen. Reporting into the Exec Chef, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, the kitchen is ready for service and that everything runs smoothly in service. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience: We are looking for a Head Chef with a Hotel background with Restaurant service experience, and able to work in a busy kitchen. You will also have good knife skills and leadership qualities.
