Bar Manager required for a modern and up and coming concept with a site in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic time to join the company, this role is working under the GM. It is an upbeat team, fast-paced, really fun bubbly environment.
The role: As a bar manager, you will run the bar, ensure the bar is all stocked and run the bar in service. You will have the Assistant Bar Manager working under you and a team of bar staff. Customers order drinks on the app and then pick them up at a drink collection station, this is the same with the food as well, there is a collection station. It is a really up and coming brand and forward thinking.
Experience: We are looking for a Bar Manager with a personal license, you will have good drinks knowledge and be able to run a bar. You will be able to train the bar staff and ensure everything runs smoothly.
