Business Development Manager required for a freight forwarding company - Air/Ocean freight for the Transatlantic market. This role is remote based, meeting clients on-site and home based on non-meeting days, with one team day in Manchester every two weeks.

This company is growing very fast, and this is a new role being created to increase the capacity within the team in the south. The company is a logistics and freight company with various parts to the business.

Salary: £50k, bonus, car allowance, mobile phone, laptop.

The role involves winning new business, increasing repeat business, and extra spend per client. It covers Air and Ocean freight and can be based anywhere within England. There is one team meeting every two weeks in Manchester, covering the Transatlantic patch.

This is a varied sales role and will include all the standard duties of a Business Development Manager.
