Are you a Head Chef looking to work in a Michelin kitchen with a difference or a Sous Chef wanting a 1st Head Chef role? This restaurant is all about the menu and produce, it is dinner service only and 5 days only of service. They are not about volume; they are all about the delivery of amazing dishes. This is a Head Chef role, with a team of 3 in the kitchen. Due to the size of the kitchen, this would be suitable for a Senior Sous Chef looking to step up to Head Chef level or a current Head Chef.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS A RELOCATION ROLE AND IS NOT IN LONDON, IT IS IN THE NORTH OF THE UK.

The role: As a Head Chef, you will create the menu for the week based on the produce available and focus on seasonal British produce. You will prep the fridges with the other chefs and ensure the food standards are really high. You will ensure the Michelin inspectors are delighted. This Head Chef role includes all the standard Head Chef duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef with a current Michelin background or a current 3 rosette background with Michelin knowledge in the past. You will have a great knowledge of seasonal produce and how to create menus that are Michelin level with this.

This role is suitable for a Sous Chef to step up in the North of the UK (please note this is NOT in London). It is a great location to relocate for.
