DAYTIME chef de partie, within driving distance of eastbourne. you will cover prep, plated highend breakfast items and lunches. off on a monday and tuesday, wednesday is prep day and thursday to sunday is 7am to 4pm. This role gives a great balance, due to the location, you must drive. The role As a chef de partie you will be part of 3 main area, the 1st is the high quality breakfasts which are plated and cooked to order [thurs-sun], you will be involved on a wednesday with prep for the kitchen and events they do, on the other days after 11am you will be involved in prep and cooking for lunches in the bistro style restaurant. this role includes all the standard chef de partie duties.
