Chef De Partie required for a fresh food, Rosette level kitchen. This Chef De Partie role has parking on site and pays a package of up to £38k. The kitchen cooks fantastic fresh food, presented in a rosette way and has good learning opportunities to develop in other sections.

The role involves running a section in the kitchen, prepping your section for service, cooking at a Rosette level in service, and ensuring everything is of a rosette level. This role will include all the standard Chef De Partie duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Chef De Partie from a fresh food background, ideally with Rosette experience and good knife skills.
