Junior Sous chef required in the Whitchurch area for a fresh food kitchen that does weddings, events and restaurant. This role will be focused mainly on events and you will do a mixture of prep days for the wedding prep and then service days.

The role:

  • As a Junior Sous chef, you will ensure the kitchen is running smoothly.
  • You will work through your prep list and ensure that everything for weddings and events is ready on time.
  • On event days, you will be running the events.
  • This role will include all the normal Junior Sous chef duties.

Experience:

  • We are looking for a Junior Sous chef with a fresh food background.
  • Organised, good knife skills and also able to do events.
  • This role is ideal for a Junior Sous chef stepping up.

Salary: Up to £34k basic salary.
