Junior Sous chef required in the Whitchurch area for a fresh food kitchen that does weddings, events and restaurant. This role will be focused mainly on events and you will do a mixture of prep days for the wedding prep and then service days.
The role:
- As a Junior Sous chef, you will ensure the kitchen is running smoothly.
- You will work through your prep list and ensure that everything for weddings and events is ready on time.
- On event days, you will be running the events.
- This role will include all the normal Junior Sous chef duties.
