Our client is looking for a Training Manager to cover Coffee & bar training. This establishment is all about the amazing coffee and how it is brewed and presented as well as drinks. This role is based out of London but covers lots of international travel to a wide range of countries and will be responsible for offering training.
The role will cover Coffee training courses including espresso extraction, milk texturing and sensory evaluation of the coffee drinks. In addition to coffee, you will train on drinks such as bubble tea, milk shakes, lemonades and juices. They operate in a wide range of countries including the Middle East, focusing on non-alcoholic drinks like coffee, bubble teas and soft drinks.
As a Training Manager, you will create and arrange training programs for the international sites, aiming them at the country you are training in. You will cover all parts of coffee training, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee origin. You will also train the bar managers on other drinks as well as coffee, sharing your passion and knowledge with the team. This role will include all the standard training manager duties.
Experience: For this training role, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about coffee, ideally with an SCA or other coffee certificate. You will have knowledge of milk texturing, roasting profiling, extraction theory and brewing techniques. You will bring your passion for coffee and drinks alive, be a good communicator, great at mentoring, and have a strong passion for training delivery.
Requirements: This is an international training role; you will require an in-date passport and no travel restrictions to travel within Europe and the Middle East for business reasons.
